After the success of CoinCheckout for WooCommerce, the first and only exclusive CodeCanyon item that offered Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin checkout. We now built a regular PHP version.
Use this script to let your customers checkout using their digital money, also known as “Cryptocurrency”. You only need this script and an account with the payment provider: Moolah.
Cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin are very popular at the moment. This is because of the very low transaction fees and because they are not regulated by the government, so you don’t have to worry about conversion or taxes when receiving payments from abroad.

    • You don’t need to change anything! You can keep your current currency. This extension supports all currencies and conversion will be done instantly on checkout so you’ll receive USD, EUR etc. on your bank account.
  • Which payment provider is supported in this extension?
    • This extension is built around Moolah.io v2 API because they offer instant BTC, LTC, DOGE to fiat (USD, EUR…) conversion to your bank account.
  • How simple is accepting digital coins using this extension?
    • Step 1: Register at Moolah.io and enter your details + bank account.

  • Can I choose to keep the digital coins instead of an automatic payout in fiat (USD, EUR…)?
    • Yes, that’s possible!
  • Are you using Moolah legacy v1 or Moolah v2 for this extension?
    • As of version 2.0 this plugin uses Moolah v2 instead of the old legacy v1.
  • Do I need an SSL certificate?
    • Nope! Not at all.
  • How does the customer know how much BTC, LTC or DOGE he needs to pay?
    • As soon as the customer goes through checkout your currency is automatically converted into digital currency using the conversion rate at that moment and shown on the CoinCheckout checkout page.
  • What if the conversion rate rises or lowers during the checkout? Will I receive more/less money?
    • No, the conversion is done at the last moment using the conversion rate at that exact moment. Your customer then has 30 minutes to complete the order. If the order wasn’t completed within 30 minutes he needs to checkout again which means the actual conversion rate is being used.
